New Custom Pallets
New custom pallets account for over 50% of our production. We build standard runner-based pallets with 2x4 runners connected by top and bottom deck boards, as well as block pallets, which are based on wood blocks instead of 2x4 runners. We can make any pallet either two way or four way, by adding notches to the runners so that a forklift can pick them up from any direction.
Our new lumber stock consists primarily of Southern Yellow Pine (SYP). Our new lumber comes heat treated and we are an ISPM-15 approved facility, enabling us to stamp our pallets with an official IPCC stamp, which is required for international shipping.
