Remanufactured Pallets

Remanufactured pallets can be made in a variety of sizes to suite our customers’ needs.  These pallets are produced using lumber from used pallets that we have disassembled.  Most used pallets that are not the standard 48x40 size can be difficult to find a home for.  As a result, we typically run them through a disassembly machine that takes them apart and sorts the pieces by size.  These pieces are what make up our remanufactured pallets.

We can also build Combo Pallets which consist of new runners and used deck boards.  We usually build these for increased strength and durability and/or due to lack of availability of large, odd-sized, used runners.

Remanufactured and Combo pallets are great options for light duty loads and minimal reuse.  They are also eco friendly by helping preserve our forests through the reuse of existing lumber.  As with our new custom pallets, we are able to stamp both Remanufactured and Combo Pallets with an IPCC heat treat stamp, after cooking them in our on-site kiln.
